The IGOSTRAP® air has a striking ergonomic and innovative triangular design that delivers the ideal balance between functionality and aesthetics. This specially selected design keeps the loop fully open, which makes it particularly convenient and comfortable to hold. The material also has the pleasant feel that sets the other IGOSTRAP® models apart. Designed to withstand loads of up to 150kg, it is fully compliant with the strict EN 45545 HL3 fire safety standard.

Another stand-out feature of the IGOSTRAP® air is its competitive price, which comes courtesy of the injection moulding manufacturing process. Besides lowering production costs, this method also ensures consistently high levels of quality and precision. Short lead times are another advantage – the hanging strap is available from stock in two attractive colours, which allows for quick and efficient delivery.

The IGOSTRAP® air is fitted with a custom-made clamping element – bolted into a fixed position, it is adapted specifically to the dimensions of the grab bar. The strap can be further secured by fitting the adhesive anti-slide tape included in the assembly kit. This innovative fastening system makes for easy installation, and ensures that the loop is securely positioned, regardless of whether it is fitted parallel to the grab bar or at a 90° angle.

And the IGOSTRAP® air not only satisfies the strict requirements for a tensile strength of at least 1500 N, it also conforms to international fire safety regulations. Carried out regularly at faigle’s in-house laboratories and testing centres, comprehensive safety checks ensure that the straps are long-lasting and ultra-reliable.

The new hanging strap comes in two diameters, meaning that it can be flexibly customised for use in various types of vehicle. An optional spacer can be fitted to extend the loop as required – and its anthracite grey design also gives the strap a contemporary look. The modular construction means that the IGOSTRAP® air can be adapted in line with individual requirements, opening up a wide range of possible applications.

The new model extends this outstanding track record thanks to its robust design and extremely durable materials, which include PAS-PU 64D-H for the clamping element and the handle, as well as PAS-PP GF30 FR for the spacer.
