Our custom-cutting service goes far beyond simply cutting plastic semi-finished products to size.
We carry out precision pre-machining – from the actual cutting through to defined processing steps – meaning that components are ready to use on delivery and can be used efficiently in downstream processing.

Which types of processing are available as part of the custom-cutting service?

Our service includes processing of plastic semi-finished products that is aligned with both the application requirements and the selected material.


This includes sawing of sheets, rods and tubes, planing and grooving of cut sheets, milling of grooves, shoulders and bevels, as well as grinding of round rods. Depending on the requirements, we can also offer thermal pre-treatments or intermediate treatments.
